At MANSORY Boutique, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and security tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original MANSORY boutique box, ensuring all designer labels and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery stickers.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
